With 18 years in the craft beverage industry—across coffee, wine, and beer—I’ve followed my curiosity (and my taste buds) through every corner of the supply chain. I started in leadership, managing teams and operations, then transitioned into account management where I’ve spent the last several years working in the hop industry with commercial brewers and growers. I specialize in connecting agronomic decisions to finished beer character—because yes, I do think soil structure and cone maturity are worthy of a passionate debate.
These days, I’m in account management, but my leadership roots run deep. I bring a strong people-first approach to everything I do—mentoring, collaborating, and building relationships that go beyond contracts and into long-term partnership territory. As an ENTP (same as Obama, but with more Excel tabs and way more sensory notes), I’m driven by ideas, energized by people, and endlessly fascinated by the way great teams and great ingredients come together to make even better beer.
Prioritization of people, the planet, and profits are not mutually exclusive.
A place where I can be stoked about the community, the outdoors, personal excellence and integrity. I thrive in environments where I can use abstract thinking to solve problems, and am able work with like-minded, creative folks.
What inspires me:
I'm passionate about building people up and developing teams that thrive because the members trust each other, want to learn, and are part of something bigger than themselves.
My heroes are my Grandmas, Jimmy Carter, Beyonce, and Dolly Parton.
Current hobbies:
re-learning Spanish, dabbling in Italian, photography, paddle-boarding The Yakima, hiking, foraging, planning my 2025 vegetable garden, binge watching Ted Lasso, and improving my skills in the kitchen.
