With 18 years in the craft beverage industry from coffee, to wine, and finally beer, I’ve followed my curiosity and tastebuds through every corner of the supply chain. I started in leadership, managing teams and operations, then transitioned into account management where I’ve spent the last several years working in the hop industry with commercial brewers and growers. I specialize in connecting agronomic decisions to finished beer character.
These days, I’m in account management, but my leadership roots run deep. I bring a strong people-first approach to everything I do: mentoring, collaborating, and building relationships that go beyond contracts and into long-term partnership territory. As an ENTP, same as Obama, but no where near the gravitas, I’m driven by ideas, energized by people, and endlessly fascinated by the way great teams and great ingredients come together to make even better beer.

What Inspires Me
My whole thing is people. Specifically, building teams where everyone actually likes showing up — where trust is the foundation, learning is contagious, and the work means something. I've seen what happens when a team clicks like that, and honestly, nothing beats it.
My personal heroes are my Grandmas, Jimmy Carter, Beyoncé, and Dolly Parton. If you can find the throughline there, you probably already get me.

Re-learning Spanish (Italian snuck in too, oops), paddleboarding the Yakima, hiking, foraging, aggressively planning my vegetable garden, and rewatching Ted Lasso for reasons I refuse to justify. Also cooking more, shooting photos, and trying to convince myself I have a manageable number of hobbies.

- People have called me a Jimmy Carter Scholar. I have met Jimmy Carter in 2019 teaching his Last Class (remarkably similar to Rob Reich, actually)
- Virgo. Oldest Sister of ten kids. If you need someone to take charge, make a plan, and also feel slightly responsible for everything — I'm your person.
- Reigning Bagel Champion. Self-declared. Undefeated.
- I will make you the best cup of coffee you've ever had. This is a promise, not a brag.
- Favorite beer: Johnny Utah from Georgetown Brewing. Iconic name. Perfect pour. No notes.
